Current Preschool Families

Early registration for our Summer 2020 and School Year 2020-21 program will open to our current families online on Monday, February 10, 2020. Early registration includes siblings that will be entering our program for the first time as well. More information to come soon.

New Preschool Families

New families are encouraged to tour the preschool site before enrolling. Please schedule a tour online of the preschool site you are interested in enrolling. Registration for Summer 2020 and School Year 2020-21 program will open to the public online on Monday, February 24, 2020. Registration Details

Required Paperwork:  A student information packet will be sent to parents in June. All information must be received by the specified deadlines in order to start preschool on August 24, 2020.

Non-refundable Registration Fee:  A non-refundable fee of $75 is due at the time of school year program registration. A non-refundable fee of $25 is due at the time of summer program registration (per session). Fee payment may be made by debit/credit card only; no cash or checks.

Tuition / Payment - A payment plan of nine payments is offered for payment by debit/credit only – no cash or checks.  Payments will automatically be charged on the first of each month beginning August 1.   

Late registration - Class fees will be pro-rated for late registration.  A letter detailing the revised payment plan will be sent by email.  Pro-rated tuition is based on the number of preschool days for which the student is registered.  New students will not be accepted between April 1 and the end of the school year.

Transfers - Students will not be transferred from one campus or class to another after October 15.  

Withdrawals - Preschool fees are due on the 1st of the month and cover enrollment through the end of that month. No refunds or credits will be offered for partial enrollment in a month; fees will not be pro-rated based on the student’s actual final day. (Example: Payment for October is due October 1 and is non-refundable. Student’s final day must be on or prior to October 31.)

If you wish to withdraw, please complete the Preschool Withdrawal Form and submit to no later than the 15th of the month in which you intend to withdraw. Your registration will be valid through the last day of the month in which you intend to withdraw and you will not be charged for the following month. We cannot provide a refund or credit for non-attendance or lack of student participation.

Class Cancellations - A class may be canceled if minimum enrollment is not met. A full refund will be made available. If a class is canceled by Community Arts Preschool and no make-up class is offered, a refund will be provided.


Financial assistance is available through Community Arts Foundation on an as-needed basis. Click here to learn more and apply. Individuals that receive a scholarship will be notified by email in June. Your child must be registered for a school year class in order to be considered for a scholarship.

*Scholarship applications  for Summer 2020 and School Year 2020-2021 are open to both new and returning families as of February 10, 2020.
