Party Set Up
Each party includes 30 minutes of set up time prior to the start of your event to set up any decorations you wish to bring.
Guests will have access to both our private indoor space and backyard play space. A 6' x 3' table is provided for food, drinks, and treats.
A gift drop‑off cart will be located in the lobby. Gifts will be placed on the gift cart when guests arrive as there is no time in schedule to open gifts during the party.
Decorations
Hosts may bring tablecloths, table-top decorations, and balloons. Wall decorations, banners, glitter, and confetti are prohibited. We recommend keeping decorations simple to support a smooth setup and clean‑up experience.
Food, Drinks, and Party Supplies
Party hosts are responsible for providing their own food / snacks, drinks, treats (cakes, cupcakes, etc.), paper goods, napkins, utensils, and birthday candles. For safety purposes, only standard birthday candles are allowed - we cannot accommodate sparkler candles or trick-candles.
We will provide a serving knife and spatula if cake is being served. Our staff will assist with cake cutting and serving.
Party hosts must be onsite and available for all food deliveries. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept food deliveries outside of your party time.
We are a NUT FREE space so please make sure that you do not bring any food that contains peanuts or tree nuts.
Alcohol is not permitted for youth parties.
Guest Count
Art & Play Parties can accommodate up to 15 children. Children 18 months and up count towards the total guest count. Parents must remain onsite and supervise their children throughout the party.
Please note that the max capacity for all guests (including party hosts, adult guests, participating children, and siblings) is no more than 45 individuals per party.
Guest Arrival
Parties will begin at the scheduled time. Parents must sign a waiver for each participating child upon arrival. Please remind your guests to arrive promptly so everyone can enjoy the full experience together. Unfortunately, we will not be able to extend party activities if guests arrive late.
Guest Behavior
Party hosts are responsible for the behavior and supervision of their guests. We kindly ask that all guests be respectful of others. Disruptive, destructive, or disrespectful behavior towards fellow guests, team members, or property will not be permitted.
Party Captain
Each party includes a Party Captain who will help to create a memorable celebration for you and your guests. Our Party Captain will welcome and assist guests with waiver forms as they arrive. They will be available throughout the party to support with activities and keep your party flowing including organizing a group photo and assisting with cake (cutting and serving as needed). Party Captains will assist with tables, chairs, art materials, and transporting gifts to your car after your party has wrapped up.
Activities
Art & Play parties include age appropriate sensory and art activities for children and their adults to engage in with support as needed from our party captain. Parents are responsible for supervising their children throughout the party.
Party Poster
We provide a personalized party poster for guests to help color. The party host takes their party poster home at the end of the event.
Party Clean Up
Each party includes 30 minutes for clean up once your event is over. Party hosts are responsible for the clean up of all decorations, food, drinks, and other party materials. There will be a $50 late fee added for staying past your designated party time.
Staff will assist party hosts with bringing gifts to your car. Staff will take care of tables, chairs, art supplies, and materials.
