A morning of bowling with friends and pizza for lunch. Wear something comfortable. No bowling shoes required. Meet at Civic Park Community Center; transportation will be provided to the bowling alley. Specialized Recreation Staff provide supervision and ensure that conversation is both lively and appropriate.

Single-Day Art Camps
Single-Day Art Camp are coming to Camp Community Arts this Fall. Random day off school? Camp will run full day from 9:00 AM–4:00 PM for ages 5–11.
Dates: Monday, 10/12, Monday 10/26, Monday 11/23, Tuesday 11/24.

Our classes build your student’s creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking through 2D and 3D art. Professional teaching artists lead class in ceramics, drawing, painting, music, and digital media, and photography. For ages 5 –12. Mondays, 9/12–11/9 from 10:00 AM –11:30 PM.

Don’t miss the coolest concert series in the East Bay this July with the return of the Lesher Center’s Summer Sounds!
Held outdoors on select Thursday evenings at the Lesher Center’s Rudney Plaza, this year’s line-up includes powerhouse roots band Tom Rigney and Flambeau (July 9), the all-female Americana-infused country rock band Mustangs of the West (July 16) and the Bay Area’s favorite swing band, The Alpha Rhythm Kings (July 30). All concerts are FREE and perfect for the whole family! No tickets are required, but seating is first-come, first-served, so be sure to arrive early.
On view beginning July 11, CALeidoscope honors the breathtaking geography of our great state and reflects its esteemed position as a cultural leader and hotbed for creativity and innovation. Featuring the work of over 70 artists, don’t miss this new exhibition, on view through September 13.
