These single-session experiences offer a wide range of creative opportunities—from painting and ceramics to mixed media and beyond. Each workshop is designed to introduce you to a new process or help you deepen your skills in a focused, hands-on environment.

Make & Take Series

The Make & Take Series offers fun, low‑commitment creative workshops designed for adults and teens 16+. Each session invites participants to try a new art form, experiment with materials, and enjoy a relaxed, social atmosphere. No experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

From painting and printmaking to small crafts and creative design projects, every workshop is a stand‑alone experience where you’ll make something unique and bring it home the same day. These sessions provide an easy, affordable way for the community to engage in the arts, connect with others, and discover the joy of hands‑on creativity.

Summer Nights: Beach Scenes in Acrylic

This June workshop is all about enjoying the process, personalizing your artwork, and expressing your unique style through abstract interpretations of beaches, water, and coastal light. Enjoy complimentary refreshments as you unwind, socialize, and create a one-of-a-kind piece inspired by the sights and feelings of summer by the shore.

Students will learn how to paint abstract seascape inspired designs using acrylic paints, exploring color blending, texture, and expressive brushwork. You’ll be encouraged to choose your own palette—whether soft ocean blues, warm sandy neutrals, or vibrant sunset tones—to make your painting truly yours.

What to Expect:

• Tips for working with acrylics and creating layered, fluid, expressive marks

• Guidance on building abstract compositions inspired by water, movement, and shoreline atmosphere

• Inspiration for selecting colors that reflect your personal connection to summer and the coast
